When ordering you have a few options:

Either order directly from this site using paypal cart.
Paypal payments must be recieved within one day.

Credit card orders can be taken directly if paypal is not an option for you.

Money orders will also be taken but please place order first to confirm the item you want will still be available when Money Order is recieved (Will only hold for one week/6 mailing days). Sorry no personal checks.

Shipping
Shipping is available in the domestic United States and Internationally.
Items are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge, email us before placing order.
We use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Domestic Shipping Rates:
If purchase is: $ 0.00 - $25.00..................$ 6.00 s/h
If purchase is: $25.01 - $99.99.................$10.00 s/h
If purchase is over $100.00...........................FREE!

Returns/Exchanges
Returns/Exchanges may be made up to 7 days after receipt of purchase in the form of equal credit or
exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for
return/ exchange shipping.
All items MUST be returned in a NEW, UNUSED, UNWASHED, etc. form or they will not be accepted.
Please be respectful. Please email me to make arrangements for returns/ exchanges.
Sale items can not be returned. Thank You!
Hoops that are purchased individually / non-wholesale are NOT
returnable unless damaged via shipment.
If damage occurs during
shipment, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of receipt)
to
begin proper procedures with the shipping carrier.
**If listed procedures are not followed as stated below- returns will
NOT be accepted.
Procedures for reporting and returning a damaged hoop include
-
Contacting Hemp Queen to report damage to hoop within 2 day of
reciept of hoop(s).

Retain ALL original packaging of damaged hoop for inspection by
shipping company.

Notification and report will be filed to corresponding shipping company.

The shipping company will then contact the hoop purchaser (Hemp
Queen customer) to clarify damage details. The Shipping company will
then either
A. Schedule an appointment to examine damage or
B. Pick up damaged package for examination.
The Shipping company with then
determine if the shipper is responsible for occurred damage according
to their own shipping guidelines.

If the shipping company agrees to damage, return arrangements will
be made for the hoop.

Upon returned receipt of the damaged hoop, a new hoop will be
shipped out to you immediately.

Suggested Washing Instructions
Because these garments have been handcrafted and may have been hand dyed, it is RECOMMENDED you wash them with extra care- in cold water. Machine washing warm is adequate although the color will stay truer longer when washed in cold water. Hemp is VERY durable and can be machine dried, although if this garment has been embellished with lace, ribbon, fleece, etc. it is RECOMMENDED to hang dry.
It is also better for the environment
